323 Staffing Solutions is partnering with Metalsa of Hopkinsville, KY to hire for the role of Production Technician. This is a direct hire opportunity, immediately leading to full-time employment with Metalsa. The production environment involves operating metal stamping machines and robotic assembly machines to make parts for the automotive industry.

Shift Schedule and Pay Rate:
1st Shift (6AM-2:30PM) $17.50/HR
2nd Shift (2PM-10:30PM) $17.90/HR
3rd Shift (10PM-6:30AM) $17.85/HR

Work History Requirements:
At least one year of production experience is required. Having a 2-year period (2021-2022) of job stability (cannot average more than 1 job per year on average) is required. ****If you don’t meet these background requirements, you may still be eligible for employment with 323 Staffing Solutions.

Physical/Other Requirements:
You must be able to speak and listen on a regular basis. You will be required to frequently use your hands to lift and carry. You will be required to stand, walk, and reach with your hands and arms. Vision abilities include: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to visually focus. You must complete the background check and pass pre-employment physical & drug screen.
