Responsibilities:
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in Sales Support
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, PDF Writer, 2020 Giza
- IT Support: server, fax machines, temp files
- Easy going and with an open attitude
- Self-starter and the ability to work within a team are essential
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
- Persistent, proactive, and resourceful
- A professional attitude
- High attention to details and quality
- Ability to follow through
- Generate customer quotes, revisions, installation sheets
- Order entry, acknowledgements
- Maintain computer hardware, software, and phone system
- Nightly and weekly computer backups
- Monitor dead letter box
- Update email server for employees
- Check fax server for error messages, sent/unsent faxes
- Reboot printers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
- 5+ years of IT and strategic planning and programming experience
- Ability to independently prioritize and concurrently service multiple clients, staff, and projects
- Effective problem solving and interpersonal skills and ability to interface with all clients and employees
