323 Staffing Solutions is searching for a highly motivated and dependable person to join our Bowling Green team in a Business Development and Sales role. This is a great opportunity for someone that is familiar with the Bowling Green area and who enjoys the challenges that come with sales and growing a business. The successful candidate will be responsible for searching out and communicating with prospective customers in addition to making regular contact with existing customers.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in any sales related field preferred.

- Search out and communicate with prospective clients towards creating new business opportunities (This includes both cold-calls and in-person contacts)
- Provide customer service and ensure regular contact with current clients to maintain strong relationships
- Generate ideas to attract prospective clients and generate ideas to grow client base
