An automotive manufacturing company in Bowling Green is looking for highly motivated and dedicated employees to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling a wide range of parts into finished components within the manufacturing/production facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor the production process and carry out basic testing and quality checks.
- Set and operate hand-controlled or computer-controlled machines
Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing/production/factory environment
- Basic knowledge of the English language
- Detailed Orientated
- Excellent concentration level
- Trustworthy and reliable
- Team player with great verbal communication
1st Shift – 6:00a – 2:30p
2nd Shift – 3:00p – 11:30p
*Overtime may be required at times
This is a temp to full-time opportunity.
For Line Operations, the starting pay for Temporary Workers is $14/hour
For Forklift Drivers, the starting pay for Temporary Workers is $16/hour
One hired Full-Time the pay goes to $15.25/hr (Line Operator) and $17.25/hr (Forklift Operator) plus excellent benefits which include (healthcare package, bonuses, matching 401k, paid holidays and vacation)
